Returns

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Process:
    1. Log in to your account at shockdoctor875.com.
    2. Go to “Order History” and select the item(s) to return.
    3. Print the prepaid return label (if eligible) or use your own carrier.
  • Refunds:
    • Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Size/Color Exchanges: Available if stock permits.
    • Start a return and place a new order at shockdoctor875.com.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: We’ll cover return shipping—contact us via the website.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed products
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)

International Returns

  • Returns must be shipped back to our facility at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds exclude original shipping and customs fees.
